TomYam Ayam


Bahan-Bahan:-

500 Gram Ayam
2 Biji Bawang Besar – Di Belah 4
3 Biji Bawang Putih
1 Inci Halia
1 Senduk Rempah Tom Yam Thai
2 Helai Daun Limau Purut
2 Batang Serai
1 Batang Lobak Merah
2 Keping Asam Keping
10 Biji Cili Padi Di Pecah2
- Sedikit Bunga Kobis
- Garam Dan Gula Secukupnya


Cara Membuatnya:-

Ayam Di Potong Kecil2 Kemudian Di Rebus. Tumbuk Bawang Putih Dan Halia Kemudian Di Tumis Hingga Naik Baunya. Masukkan Rempah Tom Yam, Gula Dan Garam. Kacau Hingga Rata Kemudian Masukkan Serai, Daun Limau Purut Dan Ayam, Gaul Lagi Hingga Sebati.

Akhir Sekali Masukkan Air Rebusan Ayam Dan Asam Keping. Setelah Mendidih Masukkan Pula Bila Telah Masak Bolehlah Di Hidangkan.
Bawang Besar, Lobak Merah, Bunga Kobis Dan Cili Padi.
